Interview
The interview process consists in:
• Phone interview with HR
• Second interview with HR (prepare a 1 minute personal pitch)
• Interview with business unit managers (in this case marketing managers)

Question 1
• HR: prepare 1 minute pitch, present yourself, motivations, how others describe you, weaknesses and strengths (similar questions also asked in interview with managers)
• A marketing plan was requested to be presented in the interview with managers (10 minutes presentation with powerpoint)
