Step 1) Introduction from recruiter Step 2) Had 5 45-minute long interviews with current employees from all over the USA Step 3) Wait 5 weeks for a response Step 4) Come in on-site for clinical skill assessment Step 5) Wait 3 weeks for a response Step 6) Come back in for another clinical skill assessment and more interviews with 5 other team members Step 7) Wait 2 weeks and reach out because it's been 3-months and they clearly do not have their act together. HORRIBLE INTERVIEW PROCESS. Stringing people along for over 3-months and then not offering them the position is pathetic. Dodged a bullet as clearly the management in the division I interviewed with is a disaster to work for.
Sehr angenehmes Vorstellungsgespräch in der nicht nur die Vorteile des Arbeitsplatzes beleuchtet worden sind. Faires Gespräch. Alle Versprechen wurden bisher eingehalten. Gespräch fand online statt, es wurde sich viel Zeit genommen.
2-3 meetings with manager and then regional manager. Got a phone call about the offer the final day of interviewing. Wasn’t too difficult. This company is not super friendly though.

The process was organized but it involved many steps. Multiple rounds of interview any many months before receiving final offer letter. HR only answer diplomatically frank opinions were not provided. Technical rounds are good.
