Interview
When I interviewed with Philips the Creative Director at the time made me feel completely at ease. I had 2 interviews, a preliminary one and a follow up. Very straightforward interview, where my portfolio was reviewed, with good feedback from the CD.
Overall it was a nice place to work at. The people were great, which made the work environment very pleasing. Each employee was honestly given the importance and respect they deserved, which is why there was more dedication from the employees themselves.

Interview
The interview was conducted over Microsoft teams through a panel style of three different managers on the team asking me different styles of questions. They wrapped it up by giving me time to ask some questions.
The Human Resource person was highly uninterested throughout the conversation, did not listen to what was said and kept asking the same questions. I always had a good impression of Philips. Hopefully, this HR person was only a black cheep?!
Very smooth, honest and respectful recruiting process. Scheduling interviews was easy and one's timeline and professional circumstances were taken into consideration. Communication was very good and the team and recruiters were always transparent about the process and expectations towards the role and the candidate.
