Vídeo y presencial. Cercana con el manager. Atentos al estado del proceso de selección. Contacto vía telefónica. La de RRHH habla sólo inglés. Primero es una entrevista online con pruebas y juegos de memoria y tras esa fase es la entevista formal.

Quite hard and unselective. Also the interview and case studies were not sufficient enough to measure competitor’s levels of proficiency in sales, economics and management. They somehow also have weird principles, like not employing people because they are in their sophomore year even though one is performed the top. I was that case. Although Philips looks professional, underneath that façade there is a liquor shop-level management.
