I completed a virtual assessment through HireVue, which included three video questions and three interactive games. The video questions were quite similar and repetitive, but you had the opportunity to re-record each answer once. The assessment was relatively short overall. The interactive games provided immediate feedback on working style and personality, which was helpful. While the assessment experience itself was positive, the follow-up was disappointing. Despite reaching out through an @philips.com email, I never received a response. Additionally, the links provided to explain their hiring process were broken, and they continue to repost the same position on job boards. This makes me question whether the role is genuinely available or just a "ghost" position.
