I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Picture Production Company (London, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Judging by the actual reviews of the place, feels like a lucky escape, and knowing former employees, I heard it was chaotic, but with some nice work, I wanted to see for myself.
Initially a call with senior leadership which was really positive and friendly, getting to know me and my skills, and then an in person meeting with the boss.
This was a great meeting, lots of the usual, experience chat, leadership style, talk through my cv and then conversations on the role itself - which they seemingly didn’t know what they wanted. Even sharing confusion with the role they wanted and needed and also being dismissive of people they had already met.
That said, it was nice and friendly and I was promised a follow up.
Naturally, as what has become the norm in this day and age, no response or reply was every given, despite chasing up a few times, just ignored.
I’m glad I avoided this one.

Question 1
Experience and cv chat.
Leadership and management style.
The interview was very easy, and the process was quite quick - felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. There was just one interview that lasted approximately thirty minutes.
The interview process was short and fairly easy, one round of interview that felt more like a conversation with 2 managers and was pretty stres free, lasted 30 minutes maximum.
