Interviewed for a Client Operations-related role at Piermont Bank. The interviewers were professional, communicative, and generally transparent throughout the process. I completed multiple rounds of interviews and received positive feedback along the way.
The main downside was the hiring timeline and shifting internal direction. After several follow-ups and delays tied to internal discussions, I was ultimately informed that the role had been deprioritized or potentially placed on hold. While I understand business needs can change, the extended uncertainty made the process frustrating from a candidate perspective.
Overall, the people I interacted with were respectful and professional, but the hiring process itself felt somewhat unstructured due to changing internal priorities.

Interview
The talent acquisition contacted me and set up a video call for 30 minutes. I then went through a video call for about 30 minutes discussing my experience. The first actual interview was scheduled for an hour-long call with the BSA officer, then my second meeting was with the management team which consists of three managers and the BSA officer. My final interview was with the Head of Human resources. I thought I had the job because I was sent an email for references, and a survey for the references you provided to fill out. After, I was told that I would go to the final stage. This process took a month and a couple of days to do and I was turned down for the job. I was highly disappointed thinking i had the job.

You were advised that before the final stage we would conduct a reference check and unfortunately that is the stage that your candidacy for this role ended. Interview
First interview with HR, then IT manager and IT director. Asked to come in the next day to meet head of HR, also more time with IT manager and IT director.
All that to not receive a follow up, no email or no call. Disappointing.to say the least.
