The interview consist of 4 steps
1. Technical and aptitude test
2. Group Discussion
3. PI-Technical
4. HR-non elimination round
Overall interview was quite good enough to judge your technical and communication knowledge.
GD-- A general topic is given for discussion like - "Why and When an Employee Should ask for its Salary hike" , Around 10 students in a group- 4 selected.
Technical interview is quite good where my whole-sum of SOM and thermo is checked and mostly questions were asked from internship.
