Interview
This was easily the best interview experience I have ever had. My recruiter and coordinator were great to work with. I loved the values, the passion the employees had for the company, and the warmth they displayed within the interview. There was only one interviewer that was "stoney-faced" and "cold" that I'm sure was intended to throw me off. Psychologically, this backfires and candidates don't perform as well, and this can derail the interview process. That is my only negative feedback, but it certainly didn't taint my experience.

Interview
Overall it was a great experience. They were timely with responses and asked some poignant questions. They asked behavioral along with open-ended questions. The most important thing for them was finding a culture fit. They did a great job of selling me on the company. Would recommend.
I was referred by a friend who works there so I had a phone call with an internal recruiter then went on-site for a 2 hour interview with 4 people.
