I first received a phone call from recruiting manager wich was successful and led to the onsite interview. On arrival at Pinterest I was greeted by 2 employees who work in the Spam operations team they gave a brief background about the position, how they where hired, there previous experience and the types of issues they are facing followed by a tour of the office. The onsite interview consisted on 5 interviewers at 30 intervals.
