I'm puzzled as to why Pinterest continues to post jobs and interview candidates when many individuals who have passed the interview process have yet to receive a single match call, due to a lack of open positions in the US. I passed my interview in March, but I haven't had a single match call, and my recruiter isn't responding to my emails. I also spoke with someone who has been waiting since December 2023. If you are interviewing for a software engineering role, keep in mind that the position you are interviewing for may not actually exist. Even if you successfully pass their challenging interview process, the chances of receiving an offer are very slim.
