1st interview.: Zoom call with the director and another candidate looking for the same position. Other applicant can hear all of your answers. this will only be 10 minutes maybe less. They will then call you when they are getting off of work to tell you if you made the 2nd interview or not. 2nd interview: In person with assistant director. You will explain yourself to him. This will seem pointless because you do not actually talk to the director you spoke with in the first place. After speaking with the assistant you will then talk to the director and he will then tell you everything the assistant did. He will not ask you about your back ground or past experience. He will just ask if you understand what the assistant spoke about.
