The interview process was quite straightforward. The interviewer mainly focused on my past experiences, asking me to walk through my previous roles, responsibilities, and the skills I had developed. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interrogation, which made it easier for me to share my journey and achievements in detail.

They asked me to walk them through my background and past role responsibilities.
I got an email inviting me to an interview, Interviewed in person with 3 people. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The interview went great, and I never heard back. I was told to reach out if I had questions, which I did. Months later, they never even had the decency to officially deny me the position. One thing I will say is that candidates like myself are tired of putting forth so much effort into applying and interviewing for roles, only to never hear back-good or bad-from the employer.
