Plan Do See interview questions

I was introduced to the group through a recruitment company. The interview itself was pretty standard. It took place at the NY restaurant and was conducted by the General Manager, who asked basic questions about my past experience, why I left my last position, and if I would be able to fulfill the day-to-day responsibilities of the position they were looking to fill. They made their decision within a week and I started pretty much immediately.

Group Interview process for an initial interview. They followed this with a one on one interview with a very nice manager. The questions asked were straightforward and expected. They were not able to comment on an official opening date or specific training time, but that is not a deal breaker.
