Highly unprofessional. I was asked to share my personal laptop and the data of an excel file i have saved was used to show to identify my level of competency. If they want to analyse competency, first they have to be competent enough to prepare a data set atleast. Since I didnt reach their level of unprofessionalism the so called higher management made the comment " this is the problem with people with experience, dont know anything" No job description or scheduled interview time was shared by HR.
