PlugSurfing interview questions

The team was wonderful and every stage of the interview felt natural and conversational. Took them a bit longer than usual to reply between interviews. The first step was a video interview, which is always somewhat embarrassing, but afterward, the interviews were pleasant. No task or challenge was involved in my process.

Strung me along. I was told to organize my own interview which was already a red flag. The interviewer didn't seem to know much about about the electric vehicle industry or the environment. I turned in an application, writing samples, and 3 interviews. All 3 interviews placed emphasis on 'cultural fit' , CV wasn't really brought up. That last interview was panel between the office manager and marketing director where they spoke for 45 minutes on how their jobs were created just for them, how they "go with flow", and how "interesting" I was. Wasn't expecting an offer, but did think they would update given all the hurdle jumping.
