Disorganized interview process — no recruiter, no-show interviewer, and 2-month response window.
First, the interviewer Chad Lowe did not show up to the first scheduled meeting. I had taken PTO from my current job to be available for this interview — that time was wasted with no prior notice.
Second, Plus500 does not appear to have a dedicated recruiter. Scheduling was handled by an office assistant who had limited knowledge of the recruiting process, which created confusion and delays throughout.
Finally, I completed my interview in early June and was told to expect a response in July. It is now well past that date and I have heard nothing — no update, no rejection, no follow-up whatsoever.

Interview
1) Phone call general verifications and invitation to google meeting (45 minutes interview with 2 technical questions)
2) Onsite interview with two engineers (mainly system design ~ about 2 hours).
3) Onsite coding day that starts at 0900 with a system design (1 hour) and then you go and implement your design from scratch.
Really interesting and positive experience and very nice people.
