Laid back and comfortable. The interviewer was polite and asked detailed questions. Very thorough. Started with getting to know me. Moved to where I plan to go with my content. Asked how I dealt with different intense situations. Wanted to know what questions I had about the company and what I expected.

What are your goals? What kind of content do you create? How long have you been doing it? How do you deal with positive feedback or comments as well as negative ones. Are you willing to collaborate? Is this a hobby or a full time job? Are you open to change, guidance and feedback?
