Very simple and easy, if you get the interview you more than likely got the job as long as you have a valid license and don't say anything stupid during it.

The interview process was short and simple. Still not clear of the realistic expectations of what a steady income would be outside of commission-based and bonuses. Given the number of hours likely expected to be put in there's no clear understanding of the minimum structure to be worked off of.
