A lot of meeting random people in the job considering you mostly had to work solo. Got to third stage only to be told I don’t have the skill set. Complete waste of time

First interview with the recruitment agency over the phone, and the second one with the Manager face to face. The process is quite easy and the Manager was friendly and professional. I asked a lot of questions and he was straightforward.
