Awful experience. I can take negative feedback but for it to be that I am a ‘aloof’, over confident and borderline cocky, which baring in mind contradicts the meaning of aloof, is not only extremely insulting, but also very unprofessional. “Not a great fit” would have done without causing any insult. I’m not even sure how I came across this way as I was open and honest when answering all the questions asked of me. One of the interviewers on the panel had awful internet connection too which made the interview somewhat awkward. Looking at the reviews they company has received has put my mind at ease as this feedback was bothering me on a personal level until then.
