dealing with the public. grading scrap purchases, LOTS of hands on training. The first thirty days of training period is very intense. Be prepared to get a crash course in metals identification. It don't come easy. keep and open mind and a detailed notebook. But the training is great and will help you to advance in there plan to train buyers for quick advancement in the company,.
