Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling
Interview
Was initially contacted by a recruiter who set up an interview for me in person. The recruiter was very friendly and more than willing to answer any questions I had. The in-person interview was great as well. Everyone at the office was very friendly and said hello including other salespeople which is not very common!

Question 1
I was mostly asked about my duties at my current employer, in addition to having the ins and outs of the Remodeling Consultant position explained in great detail including the negatives which stood out to me.
First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling in May 2025
Interview
Recruiter called, asked a few questions about background. I was then called by their director of customer development. He explained the job a little bit more in detail and asked normal interview questions. Then I had my 3rd interview with the VP of customer development which really explained the day to day about the job.
