2- Stage process, but no decision-making abilities for Directors. The shareholders ( Japanese ) were very humble and transparent. But Operational EDs they may sound like they are going to hire to extract all inputs from the candidate by finally no decision and blame on Shareholders. Made me , waste time preparing presentation PID,, Layout, and Sizing calculations for their Data center projects.
