The interview process was very fast (I had 3 rounds in 8 days) including the task. The first is a 15 min call with HR to get basics and to understand the skillset/projects fit with the team.
The second is a technical round or a task, in my case I got to do both -- the task puts you right in the driving seat as if you're working with Praan. They give you a problem they've solved already and allow you 4-7 days to complete it on your own time (typically because CFD engineers won't be able to complete all steps in 1 day on onsite interview). The problem requires you to think from fundamentals, and it's not something you can google easily - they really want to know how you think, and are less interested in the final value/answer.
My third round was with the CEO who was very focused on work ethic, drive, passion, and what motivates me outside of professional growth.
The process felt very personal, and one where they want you to succeed.
