Interview
Unorganized. The person that interviewed me over the phone sounded young and didn't have much experience doing interviews. In person, I was expecting a one on one interview with the President or the person that interviewed me but there was probably 7 or 8 people interviewing me which was very confusing and nerve wrecking because I didn't know who they were.

Interview
Met with IT person, came in with the interview with the owner, had me speak to other managers and was hired. There were not that many question asked and you can tell it was on if they liked you or not
