Interview Process (Business/Data Analyst Intern)
The process had 3 rounds:
1. Round 1 – Basic technical screening
Focused on SQL and Python basics. Questions were around joins, group by, and simple data handling.
2. Round 2 – Technical + problem solving
More focused on logic and approach. They gave scenarios with tables and asked to explain how to solve. They also asked follow-up questions to check depth.
3. Round 3 – Managerial/Business round
Focused on problem-solving and business thinking. Questions were like how to analyze drop in bookings, improve conversion, etc. They expected structured answers.
Overall experience:
The interview was a bit challenging, especially in the final round where they pushed for optimal solutions and deeper thinking. Communication and structured approach are very important.
Tip:
Focus on explaining your thought process clearly rather than just giving answers.
