Informal and very straight forward. I spoke directly w/ the department manager in a ~30 call. It was more conversational and not stressful at all. No trick questions. They are nice people who strongly stand by the core values of the company.

The interview process was very straightforward. The analyst, who interviewed me over the phone asked a variety of questions and tried to fully understand where I could have the most impact on the company as an intern.
