They conduct a phone screening (everyone passes if you're interested) and then there's two subsequent interviews back-to-back. The guy who calls you, I think his name is Tom, is very sweet and made me feel at ease going into the interview. Once there, their office is quite small and everyone is dressed in business professional attire.
