Sharing my experience for those preparing. Overall, it was an average experience.
The process started with an online 60-minute aptitude test, which included general aptitude questions as well as CAD-related and isometric drawing question.
On the interview day, all rounds were conducted back-to-back:
Isometric Test – I was asked to draw an isometric view from orthographic projections to assess 3D visualization skills.
AutoCAD Test – A basic drafting test that was quite straightforward.
Technical Round – A one-on-one interview with questions mostly from basic civil engineering concepts and related to rebar detailing.
HR Round – This was the final round. While I appreciate the structured process, I found the HR interaction to be quite impolite. Additionally, the offered salary was on the lower side considering the role and expectations.
Although I received an offer, I eventually decided to decline it.
