First step was an initial phone interview with a recruiter who was contracted by Premera for recruiting activities, it was approximately 30 minutes, she didn't have all the answers to the questions I had about Premera since she was from a contracted company. The second interview was one-on-one with the hiring manager, for about an hour on site at Premera. The third, and final interview was a peer interview with 3 people from the hiring team, for about an hour on site at Premera. The whole application to job offer process took less than 2 weeks. They were pretty standard interviews, no questions I found surprising or caught me off guard.
