To many interviews for one position. 1st interview is a standard screening. 2nd the interview you go over your qualifications. 3rd-4th interview makes you meet with other members of the team.

I applied this position in late November 2022, then get phone screening by recruiter in mid December, followed by a technical interview in late December, and two managerial interviews in mid January 2023. The whole process from phone initial screening to finally got a rejection email took 9 weeks.
