It was a long and comprehensive process, this I found understandable as they definately know what they want. I had 2 interviews, one preliminary interview with who would be my manager and from there i had another interview around a month later, this was attended by me, my prospecting manager and also the operations manager. The process was long but ultimately also taught me a lot about what they wanted as a company.
