Nice building, friendly receptionist.
Basic English test, basic typing test.
Was interviewed by two managers who made me feel comparatively comfortable for an interview. Was pressed a little for specifics, but not too aggressively. I found myself talking a lot. One of the previous reviews said they didnt like white gay males. As a white gay male this was not my experience, but it didnt come up in the interview.

Grammar test, You read a response from a customer and have to respond back. It’s to test your customer service skills. Lastly one on one interview . Then they say about a week they will get back to you.

Take out dated tests, racist and a lot of people who don't know what they're doing. Managere didn't like me bc im a white gay male, was offered the position with no details then got a letter stating I was not hired. Company has no commutation skills
