I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Prescient (Chicago, IL) in May 2015
Interview
After submitting my application online, I got an email to schedule a Skype pre-screening interview 6 weeks later. The prescreening was held via Skype with the hiring manager/team lead of that specific team. I thought for a pre-screen, the questions were rather intense and thorough. There were 10 questions in total with brain teasers/google-like questions, which I did not think had anything to do with the job advertised. The riddle questions were: 1) Name two questions that expose the truth for the togglers and the liars. 2) Bizarre math equation 3) Monty Hall 3 doors problem
The video call took about 1 hour. One week later, I was informed by email that I wasn't a good fit for the team.
Screening interview with someone in the position via phone, followed by a Skype interview with 2 individuals (don't know who they were, didn't mention their titles). We set up the phone interview via email, the individual conducting the email contacted me. Following the success of that interview, he sent me the emails for the individuals conducting the Skype interview. Kind of odd that I had to reach out to them instead of the other way around.

Question 1
General interview questions, nothing really position specific that could weed out whether I could do that job at hand. What is a good leader? How do you handle tasks without direction? How would you complete task x,y,z? A couple logic questions
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Prescient (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2016
Interview
First a phone interview, then a Skype interview, and finally an in-person interview with the team and the manager. Other interview reviews available here have help much in the process. Took a week for each step going forward. The in-person interview consisted of an actual threat analysis and a quick talk with the team manager. It is a young company with people mostly in their late 20's and early 30's in the Chicago office. Hence, they appeared to want a more active yet approachable person.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prescient (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
A very interesting interview process. They start with a phone interview screening, followed by a sype interview, and ending on an in-person "test." The phone interview is a net to filter out candidates that are not a fit for the position. The skype interview tests your ability to think outside of the box, with google-esque questions. Finally, the in-person meeting ultimately determines whether you are a good fit for the position. You will be asked to complete an actual threat analysis on a country/state provided to you. They will give you 30 minutes and after you complete your analysis, they will ask you to share it in front of two/three existing analysts.
