Interview
The interview process is very easy as they just want to know if you know how to hustle, meaning do anything and everything is outside of your work hours and reach. First of all, it is very difficult to do the research about who this people are so you are ready for the interview as there is nothing about them on the Internet.

They don't really ask you for anything. They talk about themselves and as long as you agree to everything you are good to go.

Interview
I got the reference from a headhunter and a colleague. I sent in my resume and a cover letter. They were willing to talk because they were impressed with my letter. On a telephone interview they were impressed with my soft skills but I didn't have exactly what they wanted so I agreed to a test on Word Press, set up a completely new sub domain, upload customizable themes within a limited time. I couldn't make it work since this was my first WordPress site, but they were impressed with my initiative and wanted to talk about being on the team on Monday.
