A series of three digital interviews were supposed to happen. The first one was, as usual, a regular 'let's get to know each other'. Pleasant, present, and professional. At the end of the first meeting, I was promised a second technical interview with the head of the department I was enrolling in. Unfortunately, I had not been contacted with said scheduling. As an aspiring future employee but within the limits of good manners, I waited patiently about two weeks before sending a friendly reminder about the promise that was made. I know employers have no obligation to respond to hundreds or thousands of applicants, but this time the interview went so well that I was sure they owed me a response. After that, the second interview was more intense, with questions about the field which I consider were answered correctly, more or less. The feedback on the spot was good and I was promised again a review and answer of my request to be employed.
The third would probably be the final offer discussion, but that never happened and I do not consider it polite for me to remind them again. Either the job was no longer vacant, or they simply forgot about me again.
