Interview
There is a screening process. They ask a few questions that relate to the individual. The meeting is with the HR, and then they review all of that from candidates. The second phase is that you get assessed technically by completing some tasks.

I had five interviews mostly with senior management from the group level and divisional management. It started with phone based interviews with the recruiters and then with management. One case study that tested my analytical capabilities
