Probility Physical Therapy interview questions

Two interviews, one with the VP and one with the President. The first interview seemed to screen for your personality and to see if you mirrored their values. The second was more based on performance in previous positions.

The interview was conducted with the president of the company as well as the employee who held the current position. I was not informed that this would be the situation until I walked into the room. The president informing me that this person would help him find her successor. Patrick himself is a very intense person, which I don't mind, but he didn't seem to understand much about marketing and communication. Asking the same questions repeatedly in slightly different ways is not exactly conducive to finding a culture fit who is also proficient at their job.
