Interview
The interview covered a range of fairly standard topics, including questions about my salary expectations, potential start date, and overall interest in the organization. They also asked me to elaborate on my previous experience and describe my writing style in more detail. Toward the end, they opened up the conversation for me to ask any questions I had about the role or the organization itself.

Question 1
One of the main things they asked me about was my writing style—how I approach different types of content, the tone I typically use, and the process I follow from drafting to final edits. They seemed particularly interested in understanding how my writing aligns with the organization’s voice and communication goals.
The process was smooth. There was an HR screen call, two rounds of case studies, and a final round of interviews with the team lead. The team was super responsive and moved quickly.
Applied and was hired after 4 interviews. Total time took, 2 months for the process. Interviews were individual and panel interviews. Interview questions were typical and open ended questions. Staff were relaxed and made the interview more of a conversation.
