Project One (UK) interview questions

it was good, fair and a simple process. 2 stages, first online 'chat' then presentations which was well briefed and lasted around an hour. all friendly and with good communication. After offered the job was asked to have a call with a Director which was odd, felt like I needed to be ratified by the top man.
