I had an interview with Amir in March 2025. Right off the bat, he started questioning my qualifications and the breadth of experience I obtained in my first year of practicing. He then accused my current firm of malpractice for allowing me to obtain such experience in trial, arbitration, depositions, and even low-level hearings. He let me know that associates at his firm don't get to see a courtroom even for low level hearings until years down the road. (Why you wouldn't allow a young associate to do even a CMC is beyond me.) Amir was incredibly adversarial, rude, and, frankly, unbecoming in his approach. He was right about one thing, though - this firm is NOT for me.
