Provana Operations Manager interview questions

The interview was scheduled by a consultant, on 2nd July between 1200 Hrs - 1400 Hrs, Post reaching their at the reception I was asked to submit my resume with a form they handed over to me, It was handed over by the security guard at the reception, after 20 mins approx I was told to appear for the written test, written aptitude test held at the cafeteria with the time limit of 50 mins, I manage to do it before that & submitted the test to security guard again, then the guard asked me to wait post 5 mins of waiting I was asked by the "SECURITY GUARD"to leave for the day, I asked him to meet the HR at least he said no you have been asked to leave for the day, I called up the consultant, she said let me check with Porvana people & get back to you in sometime, I received a call in couple of hours from consultant stating that everyone who appeared for the interview today had been ask to leave as the OPS Head was not there to take the rounds ?? Who is the face of the company HR or the security guard ?? I again received a call from Consultant on 9th July asking me to appear as a fresh candidate again on 10th July today between 12-1400 Hrs, I again visited the Porvana office, again their was no HR as the face of the company, security guard was dealing with the candidates, I told the guard that I am here for interview, Guard informed someone on the intercom & told me to wait again after 5 mins in front of other 5-6 candidates I was told that you can leave for the day. This is where the company stands as of now.
