Very personal and straight-forward interview process. After submitting my application via Linkedin, Proxima's HR team reached out to me with a phone call and a few days later we had a personal chat. In total there were 2 interview rounds, with different people asking questions around procurement, problem-solving and to find out whether you are a good character fit with the company culture.

What do you think are the most important qualities to work in procurement?
Interview/ assessment day with other people being assessed at the same time. Have a presentation and had a competency based interview to complete on the day. This was the final stage.
