I had a very disappointing experience with this interview process. I was left waiting, as no one showed up for the scheduled interview. Fifteen minutes past the start time, I sent an email to check if the interview was still going ahead or if it had been rescheduled, but received no response. Over a week later, I finally got an email from them, with no apology or explanation for the missed interview. They simply asked to reschedule, which I found quite disrespectful. This experience gave me the impression that they don’t value candidates’ time or effort, which left a negative impression of their professionalism and consideration.
