A HR BP starting asking me questions about the job post that applied if I remember the responsibilities and making questions like I was in school. One of the worst interview experiences, no empathy from HR. Thank God it didn’t last more than 20 minutes as we both agreed to end it. Waste of time!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PublicNEXT (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Oct 2024
Interview
Initial message sent via LinkedIn. The 1st interview was an HR call in which they explain the position. The recruiter did not have their camera on while I was on camera.
Moved to 2nd interview which was supposed to be technical. The interviewer had his camera off (once again while I was on camera) and seemed to be on the road. There were no technical questions rather than a discussion on my profile and once again the requirements for the position. The interviewer was unaware of my CV in general.
