I applied through the mail. I received a call from the employer and I was hired. I called the organization and asked if they could send me a application for applying for the position. Purple Heart mailed me a application immediately. When the application was received, I received a phone call.

i had the first phone interview in two weeks after i applied online, after setting up the the second walk-in interview, the employer canceled my interview three hours before my schedule time, the reason was because they found a better candidate.
