Interview
A brief 15 minute intro call to discuss background and experience. However, decided not to progress me further as they had finalised another candidate for the role. But the interviewer was very polite and respectful.
1. Recruiter call - sent a psychometric test and discuss this (1hr)
2. Second stage interview
3. Assessment centre. In person. 3 hours with other candidates, group tasks and solo presentation
Long and demanding process for salaries below market rate. Recruiter tried to low ball me in terms of role. Did not leave feeling confident. Would not recommend
