QIC Global interview questions

Had an interview with the chief actuary and someone from HR. They were friendly and the interview was pretty straightforward. It took a little over an hour and they mostly asked questions about my experience with a few behavioural questions.

I've attended 2 rounds of technical interviews and 1 Manager round, I've shared all the documents. At last, when I called to HR, he said like he did not any update. I've called many times. He has avoided my calls. I wonder, why can't they say that I'm selected/not ?
