It was so-so. Only based on CV. I understood it was a very small company. First of all there was an aptitude test. Then I gotta wait like 30 minutes til the recruiter came to the room again. Casual interview but speak more in english if you could. Amateur one. That's all I could say.

Interview
3 tier technical interview.
- General logic test (similar to IQ test).
- Programming language proficiency & version control knowledge (PHP and Javascript via Github)
- Database practical knowledge test (creating query with MySQL)
Last, there is interview with PIC. Which cover the content of my CV.
All the process can be done remotely, too.
